The FS 45 is a low cost, consumer trimmer. Lightweight with fast cuttin double tine AUTOCUT head and easy-to-service air filter.

Primer bulb and starting throttle lock provide fast, easy starts.

The FS 45 is also available in the Easy2Start model.

STIHL's new Easy2Start system makes starting STIHL outdoor power tools almost effortless. The Easy2Start system eliminates the need for a strong fast pull of the starting cord. It also eliminates the resistance and jerks felt as compression is created in the engine's cylinder.
